Cancellation Policy
Kneaded Luxury Beauty Bar requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
All clients must have a valid card on file to book.
